  Welcome to the Residential Community of “Saraceno” located in the Western Section of the City of Plantation Florida. Saraceno is Single Family Residential Gated Community that was built in two different phases and locations between the years of 2002 and 2004.
Saraceno East is located on the North East Corner of Broward Boulevard and 118th Avenue in Plantation Acres and Saraceno West is located on the Southwest Corner vicinity of Broward Boulevard just West of Flamingo Road.
All of the Homes in Saraceno are large two Story Homes with Square Footage ranging anywhere from 2,800 to 3,300 square feet under air. All of the Homes have either a 2 Car or 3 Car Garage and many of them have either a Canal Water View or a Lake Water View. Saraceno East consists of 36 Homes total and Saraceno West consists of a total of 21 Homes.
There is a Mandatory Homeowner’s Association and the monthly amount is approximately $130 to $150 per month. The Association maintains the Common Grounds, Street Lights, Sidewalks, and Security Gates.
There are several Parks close by such as “Everglades Park” which has a fabulous Children’s Playground and Nature Trails. Residents also enjoy Great Local Shopping at nearby Sawgrass Mills Mall.
School Children of Saraceno East would attend Central Park Elementary, Plantation Middle and Plantation High School.
School Children of Saraceno West would attend Sawgrass Elementary, Bair Middle School and the same High School of Plantation High School.
