Village of Sea Ranch Lakes

The Village of Sea Ranch Lakes is located between Lauderdale By The Sea and Pompano Beach on Highway A1A. The village is a gated community, the majority of the city being walled in.

There is a small shopping plaza with commercial buildings outside the gated portion of the community. Unlike other cities, all streets, medians and park properties are owned and governed by the Sea Ranch Lakes Beach Club.

All property owners in Sea Ranch Lakes is allotted one vote within the beach club for each property they own. Sea Ranch Lakes has its own mayor, council, municipal code and police department. There are two lakes divided by one bridge and a park.
