City of Pembroke Park The Town of Pembroke Park is located in southwestern Broward County between Hallandale Beach to the east, Miramar to the west and Hollywood to the north. Incorporated in 1957, the total area of the town is 1.6 square miles of which six-tenths of a mile is lakes. New apartments, villas and townhomes are located on the western edge of the town. There are 17 mobile home parks of which four are devoted to recreational vehicle camping. There are four passive parks throughout the town for the enjoyment of the community. The industrial area of Pembroke Park attracts modern warehouses and business development. |
