City of Lauderdale Lakes
The City of Lauderdale Lakes is located in the "heart" of Broward County, with its center at the crossroads of State Road 7 and Oakland Park Boulevard.
The City comprises an area of approximately 4 square miles and has a population of nearly 32,000. Incorporated in 1961, Lauderdale Lakes is one of the most culturally diverse communities in Broward County.
The City of Lauderdale Lakes maintains two parks with nearly 20 acres of open space with athletic fields, tot lots, picnic pavilions and other recreational activities. Residents are attracted to the scenic waterways, comfortable neighborhoods and the small town atmosphere the community has to offer.
